After a terrible experience at another salon, I was skeptical and hesitant when trying to fix my hair by booking at another salon, until I took a chance, went to Aura and seen Sophie! She was so kind from the start, listened and talked through options for my hair. I needed a haircut badly and honestly didn't do any research into the salon before calling and booking but never before have I had a better time at a salon. My absolutely amazing stylist Sophie was a dream come true and did one of the best services I've had which is crazy considering I've had professionally done vivid colours for the past few years. I’ve had my hair done by several of the stylists and I always get an amazing result. I had Sophie do my hair today and I showed her some inspiration pics for curtain bangs and she absolutely nailed the brief to a tee! Really friendly staff, go above and beyond😄 Highly recommend
Really disappointing experience. I was left waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time, and even once I was in the chair, the hairdresser kept leaving to go outside, which made the whole service feel rushed and disorganised. On top of that, I felt quite uncomfortable due to poor personal hygiene her breath had a strong unpleasant smell, which is hard to ignore in such a close-contact service. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not very considerate of clients’ time or comfort.
From the luxe, relaxing treatment to the warmth and genuine care you show every client thank you for providing a service that genuinely felt like a little reset. Your consistency and experience is what keeps me coming back year after year. THANK YOU!
