Canceling my membership with this company has been a nightmare. Over a month ago, I requested to cancel, but they still haven’t processed my request. To make matters worse, I was charged again after my initial cancellation attempt. Their policy and process are so unnecessarily complicated that it feels like they’re deliberately stalling.
