Jaymie has been so wonderful with her intro and conditioning classes. She helps adjust when I need adjusting since I am starting this journey and she is so encouraging as well. Even when classes are fuller, she really takes that time to watch each of us to make sure our technique is okay or needs adjusting. I always leave class feeling better about myself, inside and out, than I do walking into the door. Thank you, Jaymie! 💛

Dishonest business Omg I am 18 years old and had to submit my first google review because I can’t fathom how dishonest this business owner is!
