I hesitated leaving this review but I believe if you are in a service based business your customer service should at the very least be adequate if not exceptional. I went here 2 years ago and spent over $1000. She lacks professionalism, and communication skills, I went for my consultation and we discussed a plan and she said she would get me a quote for everything and I waited as didn’t want to bug, but when weeks went by I messaged her back and when she finally got back to me she said “oops sorry sent it to the wrong person”, and still didn’t forward it to me so then I asked her “well can you please send it to me then?” and I have been ghosted since, what’s up with that?
