Wife here - I recently joined this CrossFit gym and, after having four children and not much physical activity, I was initially nervous about getting back into shape, and with no prior experience. Hubby and I needed a change of pace from our home workout routine. We were reluctant at first, but even as newbies starting CrossFit after 50 we were welcomed and accepted. The workouts are both fun and challenging. The coaches are great at helping us find ways to modify tough exercises so they are doable for us. Neither of us have experienced this level of enthusiasm in our fitness journey since high school. We are having a blast!

Bombshell is amazing! I will say that you have to work hard to achieve your health goals, but it's definitely worth it. You have coaches who push and support you, and other members who are rooting for you. If you have the chance, please join—you won't regret it!
This is a great gym. The staff and members couldn’t care less about how “in shape” you are or aren’t. It’s 100 percent about showing up consistently being a better version of yourself. The coaches are very skilled in modifying movements and exercises so people can stay healthy and get stronger. It’s the only CrossFit gym that I’ve been to that builds stretching and mobility into the workout time daily. It’s a very clean gym and has good equipment.
