Great atmosphere and great coaches! I love that there is something new every single day and that I am constantly being challenged to better myself. It’s not easy, but it is fun and worth it!!
I LOVE this place! I’ve never done anything like this before, so the workouts are totally new to me. All the coaches take the time to explain everything and even though it may take me a little while to pick up on things, I never feel like they’re annoyed or impatient. The comradery is great.
