I've had 50+ eyebrow laminations in my life and never had an issue until I came here. I don't know if it's the products they use for the lamination but wow, my eyebrows did NOT tolerate it. I had I believe 4 laminations and with each one, I got the same result - extremely dried out, hard, kinky eyebrow hairs. I religiously used the after care product that they sell and it did not help at all. When I mentioned the issue to the woman there, she said it's just the texture of my eyebrow hairs. The staff was friendly but for $40 for eyebrows the threader made me feel bad for asking her to fix them how I like. They somehow look worse than when I walked in.
