She was great. The location is beautiful just the normal type of Brazilian pain. It’s what’s expected. lol
Drove 30 minutes to experience a different salon and had my appointment canceled as I was almost there because I didn't notice a text that was sent an hour before my appointment, I've never experienced anything like this before this was a huge waste of time.
Been going to her for almost a year now. She is very professional and have very good communication. She is very gentle the environment is very clean & great energy
Francina was really nice and gave me the best service. I received a Brazilian wax and it was little to no pain! I found my go to spa:)
