Rachel is the BEST!! Lightens dark hair with no damage. My hair is never dry, brittle nor does it break. I have been going to her for 2 years and I do not let anyone else touch my hair. She has a great hand for cuts, and my hair has grown so much since she has been in charge. Very affordable pricing as well. Try her out for color, will not disappoint!
Avoid this place unless you like being physically abused. Attached is a photo of what she did my daughters scalp because she was apparently upset.
She is awesome. My hair looks great. Great customer service.
