Received a horribly choppy and uneven haircut from Diana Babarina that was much shorter than I requested. She did not even wash it or apply any products to my hair and finished the haircut in 20 minutes. She just straightened and cut the pieces as she went so each was a varying length. Right after the haircut I reached out to management and was told I would received a refund, but was never provided with one. Super disappointed with both the service and the haircut.

Erika is one the most amazing people I’ve met. She’s so kind and friendly to her clients. She’s always knows what kind of style i’m going for. Definitely recommend going to Bombshell beauty and recommend Erika!!

Went in to ask questions during the hours posted that they were open. I'm not an expert and didn't want to make the wrong reservation causing issues with the schedule. There were two people in there. As I explained why I was there, they just stared at me and awkwardly smiled. Then one of them said they don't speak English. No one else came out of the back.
