If I could give this a 0, I would! Kaitlyn was very unhelpful. She is unprofessional. Stay away from this salon!
Kaitlyn walked me through the entire process of an extension installation and helped me make a decision that worked best for my hair. The environment is relaxed and fun. Both Kaitlyn and Christine, the owner, were so knowledgeable. I absolutely LOVE the final product & would recommend them to anyone looking for extensions!
Annie did a phenomenal job on my hair! I came in with very dry hair from over clarifying and I was at a complete loss for what to do. I booked the free consultation appointment to discuss options and Annie listened to everything I had to say and not only gave me a beautiful hair cut, she walked me through different products I can try and exactly how to use them. She validated, offered advice, but was not pushy in any way. I highly recommend her and this salon! I will definitely be returning.
I’m unable to review the actual service because my appointment never happened. The salon canceled my appointment, yet I still received an email asking me to leave a review as if I had been there. I was disappointed with the experience and the communication. If you cancel someone’s appointment, it seems strange to then send them a review request for a service they never received.
Christine is pure magic! The atmosphere she creates is next level. She is beyond talented! I drive 2 hours to see her because I value such an incredible experience!
