I booked a copper color with clear inspo photos of a light, bright copper. Not only did the first service fade unevenly after just one wash (despite following all aftercare), but the correction I returned for made my hair even darker after I specifically said I did not want it darker. My hair ended up a red-brown shade that looked nothing like what I asked for either time. The most frustrating part was the communication. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Morgan truly saved the day for my daughter! She came in crying because of how bad her haircut was at a different salon, and Morgan worked absolute magic. Not only did she fix the cut beautifully, but she was also so kind, patient, and reassuring the entire time. She completely turned the experience around my daughter left smiling and feeling confident again. We are beyond thankful. Morgan is an angel!

Maddie is the best. i’m very particular about who touches my hair and to get the perfect blonde outcome and Maddie gets it right on point every time. If you are looking for a hairstylist she is wonderful and such a sweet person.
