I am very disappointed with my experience here. I requested a transition to copper from red toned brown and specifically asked if we needed to lighten my hair first. The stylist assured me it would lift without bleach, but the result left my hair darker than when I arrived. I was asked to return today to fix it, but after an accident delayed my arrival by only 8 minutes, I was refused service despite the salon's 10-minute grace period due to having another appointment to close to my timeframe. I went in for a haircut and was clueless on what I wanted done or what would look best. My hair was pretty damaged and needed a big change. Kristen worked her magic and I am SO happy with the results. I will definitely be back and plan to bring my daughter to see her as well.
Maci Manley is my hair guru. I had extensions before that were handsewn and I was not a fan. I consulted with her and she matched my hair on extensions on the spot. These extensions are so much easier than hand sewn. I can wear my hair in buns and ponytails without the extension showing. Her color skills are amazing and she keeps me looking great. She is very accessible when I text she gets back to me quickly. You will love her.
Maci has been doing my hair for awhile and she is always very sweet and knows what will look best on me and I always get out of her chair always feeling the best and looking the best!
