Ella is great—sweet and talented. Sam, however, clearly missed the “how to talk to customers” part of running a salon. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

Costed me $200 for short classic lash set. The job was painful and rushed with no conversation. I was asked for a deposit fee. The deposit didn’t count towards the final cost, it was instead added and was then described as a 15 minute late fee (only after I paid them $200). When I questioned for the money I was expecting to be put toward the final cost, she said I should’ve been on time and then explained it was actually an additional fee. Sam is an AMAZING artist. If you're looking for brow services don't walk RUN to her, you will never regret it! I have been seeing her for almost 2 years and I'll never go to anyone else.
