Cailyn is wonderful and does such an amazing balayage on my hair. I usually go 2-4 times a year and it grows out so beautifully if I can’t make it in as often! I also love that it’s only her with no other workers. I feel like I get one on one attention and don’t ever feel like a bunch of strangers are listening to my conversation like I felt in other salons. I recently moved farther away and will still drive any distance to see her!
Price gouges and takes advantage. Caitlyn doesn't post any of her prices, then she judges how much she thinks you can pay and hikes the price! One time going there I had a full balayage for about $350, the next time I went for some toner (a much quicker, simpler and cheaper service) she charged me almost $300!! I've never paid more than $70 for TONER! OUTRAGEOUS! NEVER AGAIN!
