Can't reccommend if you have curly hair. I gave a clear image of what I wanted, but they did a basic trim instead, and cut it too short to the point where I can't go somewhere to get it fixed. It's also uneven.
Great experience. Hadn't had a haircut in 10 years and was only getting part of it cut. Messing it up basically would have meant starting over, and I'm bad at giving descriptions. But after laying it out as best i could, Amanda gave professional thoughts on why some of that would work while other parts wouldn't then made suggestions as to what would work with what I wanted, my style, my texture, etc. And the end result looked way better than I had hoped for.
