The building is demolished with no notification. We now have to find somewhere else to go. Found out by accident that it is just rubble. We booked months ago for Cooly Rocks and now it is too expensive to find anywhere else.

We Checked into our room and walked back out ten minutes later . The room was disgusting. Very outdated and in severe need of repairs and maintenance.I do not think anything could really make a difference other then a complete guttering of the place and begin again .Dust was over everything . Carpet soo old and stained. The main bed had a sink hole in the middle of the mattress and the single bed sheet had tears in it. DONT BOOK OR STAY HERE !!!!! Absolutely the most disgusting service, they dont answer the phone, their message bank is full, they dont reply to email until 5 days later. They stole $ 600 of my money ***** i cannot go to my booking which i was emailing about for 3 weeks, and now they wont change the dates. I asked for a date in the low season, but no that was too hard, and they are essentially stealing $ 600. They dont even put their name on the replies on the email.
