I’ve been seeing Gus for the last 18 months to help rehab my shoulder and I can’t speak highly enough of him; incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, a real asset to the team. The reception staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Awesome work all round!
I’ve had a positive experience with my treating physiotherapist, but often find the customer service from reception staff to be less than welcoming. This seems to be across the board rather than any individual staff member. Three simple things which would make this a better experience are 1) acknowledgement on arrival; 2) eye contact; and 3) smiling.

Would have given higher rating if I didn't have to wait over half an hour for every appointment. Staff are good when I finally get in.
