Had a fantasitic initial consultation with Tim in the physiotherapy section. Went through what was troubling me, we went through some strength tests, did some exercises and I learnt a lot. Afterwards I got sent my results as well as a detailed exercise plan. Would definitely recommend !
Prior to my appointment I was exceptionally nervous. I had been through some drama with GP’s and specialist where I didn’t feel heard, Once I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a reception team who were super friendly and inviting. Which instantly helped put me at ease. Then, I met Cat! And wooweee! What an incredible experience. Cat was super comforting, understanding and informative. She spoke to me on a level I understood.
