My 15 year old daughter injured her quad whilst training at basketball. We saw Maddie and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Explaining the impact over training can have on the body and also the wrong type of training. Maddie gave my daughter appropriate exercises in a weight training program and also an achievable routine for her already busy basketball schedule.
