Popped in to book a table and met the owner. He mentioned stay for a cocktail and rude not to. So nice sat on the upper bar - bartender was excellent. The next day family meal and whilst a few waits etc for cocktails, table etc the steak was out of this world. Tried also the pasta and that was amazing too. Probably the best meal in the island and well worth a visit. Thanks.
Sensational food, super friendly service and attention from the new owner. This is one of Straddie hidden gems. Missus was still raving about the steak the next day, And super reasonable prices compared to what you would pay for the equivalent on the mainland, with a spectacular view to boot. 100% will be back!
Really lovely spot with heaps of decks offering stunning views of the ocean (and whales!). Lots of different spaces allowing for some quiet time, and a large kitchen living dining room with big deck to come together
Stayed at Bombora for a couple of days and had a great time! Amazing views and equally amazing facilities, highly recommended staying here when visiting North Stradbroke Island!
