Love the service here! For those of us old enough to remember, this place feels like the local mom/pop shop.

I love this store. Every time I go there its great. You are greeted the moment you walk in the door. The employees are always helpful and ask if they can help, but not in that clingy pushy way like some places. Great selection. And the rewards program is actually rewarding. I almost look for things to fix just to go back. I hope people continue to support businesses like this, because it still gives that welcoming personal feel which you don't get at your mega hardware stores.
In this day and age when service doesn’t seem to be what it used to be, you went above and beyond to help me in a desperate situation. Because of your diligence and willingness to spend your time to find my receipt, I was able to go through the necessary steps to get my snowblower registered and covered under the warranty. I was out of options and you came through. You are an angel. Please know I am very grateful for your help. Your store should be a model for all retail.
