Find another Funeral Parlor – My Mom dies in 1999 at the age of 91. This funeral director was down right rude . He refused to provide a kneeler , he also did not provide chairs for my brother and I ,therefore we stood for the entire funeral, we are a family of 5 plus spouses and he would only provide 4 chairs. He called my Mom and old lady, yes I know she was 91 but she was still my Mom. Respect is definitely not in this mans vocabulary..
