I purchased the invisible 18" clip on hair extensions online. It was delivered yesterday with just an empty box!! I was looking forward to use them this weekend...I immediately notified Bombay Hair by phone and by email about the empty box delivery and how disappointed I was. All I got was...they need to investigate...I paid almost $200, I sure hope they do their investigation quickly and send the extensions I paid for. Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered several hair samples and one was missing from my order. I’ve contacted Bombay multiple times about the missing sample and have received absolutely no response. If this is how difficult it is to get a response over a missing sample, I can’t imagine spending $400+ on hair and then trying to get help if there’s an issue with the actual order. The hair is very full from root to tip, which I really liked, and it doesn’t feel heavy at all. The clips are well made and feel secure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hair is very frizzy and tangles extremely easily. I had to constantly brush it after just one wear. It feels like a blend of synthetic and “Remy” hair rather than 100% human hair.
