I want to echo what the comment below have said about the customer service I received from the same person. The representative or manager didn’t address my questions or concerns effectively, and her response felt impersonal, almost like it was generated by AI to avoid responsibility. The product quality was fine, but the color didn’t match what was advertised on their website. My extension tape never arrived, even though it said backorder in July when I ordered. When I finally received it, the colour was so off, and I had to return it as soon as possible. The customer service- Kate wasn’t as helpful as she was trying to explain instead of giving the solution. I finally got the refund, but I was totally disappointed with the quality and service.
