Came in to look for a few outfits for a relatives wedding in India and was completely ignored by the woman at the counter. No greeting, not even a “be with you in a moment”, nothing just rude. Left and went around the corner and got what I needed elsewhere. I will never understand poor customer service in small businesses.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to for Bombay Sari and Fabric House. I went for a custom sari for my wedding. It came back absolutely botched. The construction and sticking was abysmal, and it was covered in chalk that bled through every seam. After they had it further altered it was even worse!! Completely unwearable. Right before my wedding I had to have the outfit remade which was costly and stressful. They didn’t really care or try to make it right.
