Our family reserved a boat for the week of Fourth of July and we were slightly nervous based on all the negative reviews that were left, but I can say this company was the BEST!!!!!!! The customer service was absolutely perfect! The first boat we had flooded and Bombay switched our boat to another one no questions asked!! Every time we called with a question, there was someone available to answer and help us. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be renting from them again next time we come. FIVE STARS ALL DAY

Very disappointed with customer service from this company. I should have read the plethora of poor reviews before proceeding with spending over $1,000 for a 24 hour rental of a pontoon boat. They seemed friendly enough but did not do an adequate job of training us on the potential of a dead battery after their office closed at 6 pm. We had a dead boat near the dam and ended up having to call water safety (State Police) to come help us. My daughter got married Saturday 9/7/24 at the lake of the Ozarks. She had a boat ride for her and the groom scheduled with Bombay Boat Rental Company- 500$ for an hour ride. That alone seems ridiculous when they tell me my daughter had to pay the captain herself also…but she really wanted to do it so she paid them. Then because of things beyond her control they missed the boat ride. She was so upset it was the biggest disappointment in the day for her.
