BEWARE - they make you sign a lengthy and unclear document for “accident protection” but it only cover their own boats. If you god-for-bid, get into an accident nothing is covered except for their own boat which they have a reputation for not repairing. I accidentally scratched another boat leaving a crowded lake restaurant and was stuck with a $3000 bill none of which was covered by their “accident protection” plan that I paid extra for. Highly unethical with unsafe practices and no regards to human safety or life. The night before I paid for a next morning 9am rental so my kids could use their jet ski wave runner. That morning had hard rain with thunder and lightning. I called 20 minutes before to cancel and full refund because of dangerous weather conditions. There was no one out on that busy lake with all the lighting. 2days later, I found that Bombay had charge my card and not issued the full credit.
