Karam is my absolute favorite hairstylist! She has incredible skill and not only listens closely to what I want, but also makes every hairstyle look genuinely beautiful.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I got my hair curled at this salon, and since that appointment I’ve experienced unusually heavy hair shedding and my hair has become noticeably rough, dry, and damaged. This was not an issue I was experiencing to this extent before the appointment. I’m not sure what products, heat, or hairspray were used, but something about the service clearly did not agree with my hair.
