Doesn't get better than this We've been to Bombay in Lee four or five times from fall of '09 to June of '10. It's been excellent every time. And the service is competent and helpful. I've eaten Indian cuisine since 1969 in NYC; also in Boston, elsewhere in Lee, in Denver and Sprin gfield and W. Springfield. This menu is broad, and likely from an unusual geographic area than most Indian chefs in the USA. Totally excellent. How many stars can I give it?
Bombay Bar & Grill 8/27/2013 I drove by this place right at lunch time and based on TripAdvisor reviews turned around and decided to try it. Not really much to look at as they are part of an INN. I walked in, looked around and what struck me that there was no greeter. I just kind of stood there. A worker walked by and I asked
Bombay is our favorite restaurant in the Berkshires! The food is awesome every time we go and Promote (our favorite waiter) is the best in providing top notch service. He won't forget you and your preferences! You don't need to know anything about Indian food to enjoy this restaurant . . . Everything is good!

Best Indian anywhere! – This is the best Indian restaurant I've eaten in anywhere, and this includes New York and London (I've never been to India). The people who wrote the negative review had an unusual experience. True, I've been there when it was crowded and the service was a bit spacey, but on the whole the service is attentive and the food is beyond excellent--fresh, carefully prepared, lots of vegetables, regional specialties.
