Today I was very disappointment in the stylist Shatiqua. Let me start off by even saying she is a great braider, no argument there!! But her professionalism needs some work. I’m a new client, so I’ve only had one appointment , sadly. My first appt was at 9am. I have to schedule time away from work and kids to commit to her, which I am happy to do! It was a awesome experience. I really truly enjoyed myself and I found myself a new hairdresser. This place is laid back down to earth and everybody is so I really enjoyed myself here and I will recommend any service coming out of this establishment. Please don’t hesitate to book your appointment. These people are very helpful and experienced and educated. You will enjoy yourself here and you will love your hair. Thank you again.
WOULDNT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH SHATIQUA Very Unprofessional , Talking the whole time on the phone , Had Multiple Other Heads & The Appointment Was Set For 9:00 Am Mind You She Came To The Shop 30-40 Minutes LATE . Was Eating when she got in the shop instead of preparing herself for The appointment!!!! Wanted full payment as if she wasn’t going to take in consideration her being late ! You want clients to respect your time by being there on time or your cancel but arrive at work when you please . Won’t get another dollar .
