I always try to give businesses the opportunity to make things right prior to posting a review, but I'm over it at this point. I have had 2 NO SHOWS for appointments that were confirmed. It's been over a week and still haven't heard anything back. I saw an opportunity for me to grow with someone as I am a loyal customer and I am new to the area. She was really nice in person and my lashes looked good, but what good business practice is it to not show up for client appointments. I will be searching for new services.
I scheduled an appt on Dec 27th for lash extensions. The first red flag, the deposit for services. The deposit was suppose to be $25, my card was charged the full fee of $99. She later called to cancel the appt because she was out of town. I asked for a refund on several occasions I have not received it yet. She then stopped responding or answering my calls about the refund. Very professional had no pain getting lash extensions unlike other places i had tried. Sweet kind young lady calm atmosphere extremely satisfied with natural results. My new spot thank goodness no more lash balding burning eyes or uncomfortable yanking of my real lashes.

This was my first experience with lash extensions, and I was very pleased with the outcome! Quilia is a sweet, personable young lady. She is very accommodating with your schedule, too. I had them done Friday 5/5/17 and, unfortunately, noticed one eye didn't appear as full this morning (5/8/17). She had explained lash cycles to me (I didn't know about it before our first meeting), so I texted her with a pic and she replied very promptly asking me to come back in (same day!).
