(Note this happened a while ago but still this is still unprofessional) They are using artificial intelligence (AI) to “spruce up pictures of loved ones” that have passed and it’s not optional and it looks nothing like my loved one this is unprofessional and they were using AI for the writing too if you have a job as a writer then you shouldn’t let a computer do your job that is incredibly unprofessional and lazy

This was my first experience in planning a funeral, and the people at Boman were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very patient, understanding, and accommodating. They walked us through each step of the process, gave us options, and made sure we understood everything. They were never pushy and were very respectful of our wishes. If anyone is ever in need of services from a funeral home in the Webster City area, I highly, highly recommend Boman.
