Took a visit looking for an M5 wave washer, the friendly staff behind the counter had a look at my old washer and the mechanism it came from and very quickly identified that I had my measurements wrong and got out the calipers to make sure I got the correct kind of washers for my repair. If it wasn't for their eagle eye'd attention to detail I would have gotten the wrong washers several times over before stumbling into the correct ones. As a result I was able to repair my furniture same day and I am extremely happy!

Great place for bolts etc..i needed longer M14x1.5 for my 4wd wheel carriers..the lads had them. They're good value and nice, unlike others I've been to around Oxenford....
I was probably their smallest sale ever, no problem with my request and prompt service at the counter
