Cannot recommend this business. There seems to be no staff, no stock, and no idea from the few staff on hand. I was dealt by Jason, who quoted me one price over the phone but in-ore upped the price by 25%. I drove 90 minutes to get to location and had no choice to pay. Really grimy and snake-like business practise. Look to Impact-A, they are just around the corner and offer a better service and price. Bolts and Fasteners? More like Faults and Disasters!

Went into the store today as I needed a replacement part for my caravan. I was served promptly and the advice I was given was top notch. The store was clean and well laid out and most of all, it had what I needed. I’ll be back - thanks Bolts & Fasteners !!!
