Worst place ever. There is a horrible woman working as the receptionist. She is very rude and ignorant..acts like you are bothering her. Has no compassion for sick people. Why would anyone hire someone like that. To the rude ignorant lady working there on July 12th 2025..you should reconsider your profession if you don't like dealing with sick people. To the doctor who hired you. Shame on you. It makes you and your clinic look bad. NEVER COMING BACK. Gross.
I wanted to share a life changing experience I had with this clinic. 2 years ago this clinic saved my life. I was dealing with a throat issue for almost a year. My Family doctor misdiagnosed multiple times and I finally went to this clinic. The doctor was thorough and indicated to me that in all likely hood I was going to have a battle with cancer. Rude staff at front desk. She left me standing.and waiting when they were no longer taking patients
Disappointed. Clinic states open until 3pm. Arrived at 11:30 and they said they were closing at 12:30. They said if there was time they can take us in. We waited in the WR. The receptionist then closed the front door and said she didn’t realize we were there and no more patients. If you are closing and are at capacity, then close the door and don’t give people false hope and waste their time. The receptionist was pleasant, but may have been over her head with the demand.
