The walk in clinic closes at 7pm, no one at reception ever picks up the phone. There is no voicemail initiated so you cannot even leave a message. This is extremely poor service and unprofessional, especially for the healthcare sector.
Clueless doctors and slow process. Receptionist follows appointment basis when we don’t have appointment and when we come with appointment then she allows people who are waiting first. This clinic switch off phone after 12pm because the are fully booked but when we walk-in to book appointment then they don’t book appointments. Very moody clinic, no process. Still you need to visit here call them by 9:05 am to book your time and then come on time to wait 50-60 mins for your turn.
They were able to find space for me to see the doctor at the end of their day although it was very last minute
Not sure why it’s called a WALK IN if you can’t actually walk in. Even if you do call you won’t get an appointment unless you call the second they open.
