Terrible service at Toyota Bolton. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and still waited nearly 2 hours. Unacceptable. On top of that, my car was returned dirty. Very poor management. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Don’t deal with Billy, not very helpful, likes to send lots of text messages that don’t pertain to vehicles I’m interested in
I wish I can give them no stars. I spent $500 for an inspection to see what’s wrong with my vehicle and with the changes my car still wasn’t fixed… They can’t even do a simple diagnostic
