I can't say enough good things about Bolton Therapy & Wellness. Desyree gave me my life back. The success I've had over the past year is incredible, and therapy has turned from a need to want -- what I once needed to get through the day is now just part of my self care. It is time that I genuinely look forward to in a comfortable, safe, inclusive space.
I cannot recommend this practice enough. I have been seeing Ms. Dixon for about 3-4 years and am confident that I will continue to see her even when I move out of Maryland. In the year since I started seeing Desyree I have gained skills and tools that I use to improve my everyday personal and professional life. I have grown so much without even realizing. Desyree offers timely advice but mostly pushes you to get there on your own which is part of the skill building in and of itself. I recommend Desyree to everyone because everyone should go to therapy.
Desyree helped me through a number of issues on an individual level and within my relationship. She met me where I was, but still offered the push I needed to improve my life. I can't thank her enough for being the support that I needed in my most vulnerable times.
