Called in and the person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable. He suggested I try a couple of things before ordering a new alternator. Extremely good service!
I had a terrible experience with this shop. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, their tone and attitude made it clear they weren’t interested in providing good customer service. I came in hoping to resolve an issue with my alternator, but instead of helping, they brushed off my concerns and didn’t offer any satisfactory solutions.
