Beware if you book an appointment in advance... they showed up 3 months early. Luckily I was home and sent them away or I would have been charged for a service I didn't need yet (or have the money for yet). Their confirmation email said they could come by this week.... I never confirmed that or changed the appointment. It's a bit intimidating moving into a home that has a septic system and it's the first time hiring someone to clean it out.
