It's a bit intimidating moving into a home that has a septic system and it's the first time hiring someone to clean it out. I did my research, read reviews, talked to people in the neighborhood and online neighborhood groups and it was clear that I should go with Bolton because they are established, knowledgeable and the price was right. Great Customer Service, I trust these folks!
Service was great however actual customer service in office was not. We were experiencing a hardship and going through a death in the family. They didn’t seem to care, didn’t want to work with us and stated “if it’s not paid in 30 days I’m sending it to collections”. Be ware if you planning on using this company.
