Dr Panzica is an honourable and very kind professional.
I have been a patient at this clinic since 1998. They are wonderful doctors that really take the time to explain everything. All the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with.
Just like any other. They lost points because they couldn't answer product related questions assuredly and guest incorrectly. Also, logistically not that easy to get into the location.
sales lady started freaking out when I complained that the lenses I bought developed crazing. caught her trash talking me behind my back when she thought I left the store. worst sales experience in my life.
I come all the way from Midland for the best care. I get it here, every time. They take so much time with you and answer all your questions. No rush, patient, and professional. I'm impressed with every staff member.
