I have been their client since 2003 and always have been amazing. Lately I had a big issue on one of my bikes (out of warranty) and succesfully made the manufacturer pay over 80% of the costs. They went above and beyond for real.
Received excellent customer service from here. I came across an issue while purchasing a motorcycle from the dealership and Alex sorted out my problem in a very appropriate manner. I am fully satisfied and would highly suggest this place to anyone. Thank you team

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Bolton’s Motorcycles in Kyneton. From the beginning, communication was very poor. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and there was little to no follow-up regarding the progress of my job. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase a business just to get basic updates. The pricing was also inconsistent and concerning.
