I am extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism that Bolton Plumbing did on replacing my water heater and installing two service water lines through my foundation wall. Mike Levine, Nick and Trainee Spencer did excellent work, cleaned up after the job, engaged me politely and exceeded my expectations. Today Michael Shelton performed the first maintenance service on my 2+ year old gas-fired tankless hot water heater. As I’ve seen before with Michael he handled the job expertly and completed the job quickly. What I appreciate most about his work is his attention to detail and that he treats my projects the same way he would if he were working on his own equipment. Finally, he makes serious efforts to leave the work area the way he found it or better. Very pleased with Michael’s work.
Mike did a great job— identified the problem, got a new part installed and showed me the old broken part. He was pleasant and efficient and would highly recommend for any plumbing service.
Recently had our diesel boiler serviced and replaced the old thermostats with smart ones. Also added a mixing valve. Aaron was great. Helped me understand the diesel boiler system better, was professional and did good work. Also recently had Mike out. Another great technician.
