Luis and Brandon did an excellent preventive maintenance job on two heat pumps including indoor air handlers and outdoor units, one Bolton had installed and another from a different source and brand. I supplied the air filters. Both men were friendly and efficient.
The crew was very good, nice folks, very happy.
Bolton has consistently provided prompt quality service. Their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
The techs were nice but the pricing is dirty! They first quoted $636.14 and then after letting them know we knew previous employee Ronnie and asked about a military discount they came back with $384! A $252 difference! Crazy! Trying to rip people off!! That’s not a nice way to treat people or do business. Hopefully it goes back to the way it was. Like I said the techs were nice and got the job done quickly and responded same day.
