Voted with my feet to move to this practice after a prolonged poor experience at my previous one. Great decision. Online consult is really good and you are directed to the right professional for the problem within the least time. I've always felt I've been priorotised correctly whether that be on the day for more serious issues or a routine 6 week appointment. Good range of staff and expertise. I've never felt rushed and my opinion has always mattered when discussing treatment options. Thoroughly recommend
The worse doctors other than the odd one which mean the rest let the good ones down to say the lest .... example I contracted a bad scabies infection abouslty NO concern for me as a pation most of them act like it was my own falt and declined me lotion to treat this isue which DOSE NOT GO AWAY WITH OUT TREATMENT! because I was back and forwards to the many,many different doctors who of which one greeted me with a mask and told me I can buy the lotion over the counter ! Dr. Lakhi at Horwich surgery is great. Listens and actually does a good job. I will be asking for him only next time.
Easy to find, plenty of free parking. Street level so wheelchair accessible. Very clean and tidy.. very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of information leaflets to let you know what's going on in the community...and attached to an excellent library..
Sent me to A&E with a chest infection. A& E sent me to the gp for Antibiotics . Gp sent me back to A&E to wait 6+ hours for some tablets... There is only 1 person who works their that goes out of her way. She is called sarah she's a credit too them.
