Disgusting service in Mackay Queensland. They have no clue on what they are doing sending cleaners out who are rude, ignorant and downright disrespectful. This company is incompetent, they should not be dealing with elderly patients or disabled patients. Mackay Bolton Clarke are a complete waste of government money. Your taxpayer dollars is being squandered.
This review is for the horrible man that was driving this mini bus with a trailer that pulled into the IGA Pullenvale cark park Friday 28th Feb mid morning! He pulled up that close to my car when he opened up his door to get out he smashed it into my car door i shocked him as i was in my car i said watch what your doing and he proceeded to scream at me said well the car parks here are not wide enough!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! He abused me told me to shut up and drove off!!!!
I live in Chermside and I cant recommend them highly enough always at the end of the phone when needed. Good service.
Schedulers just do what they want no discussion with my parents no continuity with staff . My father has dementia and can not have different individuals all the time , this has fallen in deaf ears. My parents have had certain people coming for years now they get sent else where instead.
I ordered Cab Cards almost a month ago and Bolton Clarke have no record of my request. Everytime I contact them,I write it down on my calender. I ordered another card on 4th August...... still waiting. I have to attend The Base Hospitral every day this week. The taxi fare is going to be $350. I do not have the money so what do I do? My care giver has left her employment and I yet have to have a house call from my new care giver....since June it is now August.
