Most toxic environment I have ever worked in. Compulsive liars are treated like royalty, attack and bully in packs. Facility Manager no different. Instead of concentrating on residents is too busy running around to get dirt on carers to harass them till they break and resign. Disgusting work environment. Beautiful residents and family members.
Disgusting service in Mackay Queensland. They have no clue on what they are doing sending cleaners out who are rude, ignorant and downright disrespectful. This company is incompetent, they should not be dealing with elderly patients or disabled patients. Mackay Bolton Clarke are a complete waste of government money. Your taxpayer dollars is being squandered.
