Went there with a client to get information about the facility. Kylie whom spoke with us was amazing, so informative and sympathetic.
Beautiful units, great support systems
Short staffed! A full commercial kitchen that doesn’t get used! Food unfit to sustain the elderly! Bolton Clarke is all about the dollar they can get in! Absolute joke of a facility and needs to be audited!! Start looking after the residents with decent care and meals!! Start using the kitchen you built to achieve standard and yet still sits unused ever!! Shame on you BC!!!
The staff do a brilliant job, however I do believe they are under staffed on weekends. Which is a little frustrating for the elderly in the home.
