I thought this looked like a beautiful place for my nan and then a day before I was ment to be shown around I received a message saying my nan was clinically declined for a bed there and that my appointment was cancelled when I email to ask why I got no reply. I don't understand why because my nan is just boarder lining dementia and they say they cater for dementia patients. Just seem blunt with no reason, feeling disappointed.
