I’m epoa for a lady with both intellectual & physical mobility & health problems. Unfortunately in spite of her level 4 pkg she chose Bolton Clarke at my recommendation… Constant broken promises, this morning, in fact, although she is supposed to be showered & have an hours cleaning on Monday & Friday, no one turned up. At least we were notified about Friday (4pm the night before) but not even that for Monday… Abysmal is the only word for it.
