Have used HACC PYP update fee policy to put my fees from $4.40 to $28.. that 700% increase and then they will still claim the HACC PYP subsidy on-top. Even with concession card it's a 300% increase. That's at their discretion and I'll be lodging complaints with the health department as that's a deliberate play to have me leave the service... They are meant.to be helping people and a non for profit organisation.. 700% increase is totally unfair

Wouldn’t know where to begin. My Mum is dying of cancer and needs to be surrounded by peace and caring people, not dishonesty, deception and plain disrespectful people. No one seems to know what they are doing in this company. The case managers have no idea how to case manage, they remove mobility ramps leaving no exit down causing my father to break his ankle, the company lie, cheat innocent clients of their home care package funding and the list goes on. They don’t accommodate disability requirements. They can’t get organised to send the same staff each week. A terrible decline in service delivery since this service left council control.
