Bolton Clarke have been providing home nursing visits for wound care and dressing changes to me for more than 2 years. They have some excellent and highly professional nurses. They have some very average nurses and they have some nurses who clearly can’t be bothered or have forgotten how to perform simple wound care. The anxiety of not knowing whether I’ll get a good nurse on days when I have a visit scheduled is very unpleasant. I would advise you to not believe what they say. They sold my mum a plan and have a call centre similar to Services Australia. We were told we'd have a direct line. Lie. I asked for a female carer for my mum and was told that would happen. Lie. Then when Reena called to confirm our first visit it was with a man. I said No. She said she couldn't discriminate. Lie Absolutely flat out full of crap as I specifically asked for only women The exit time is 14 days and I was in for not quite a week. I would not want these people tak... read more
