My friend Adie lives in Maudsland. Her bus trip was cancelled for today and no one notified her. She just rang to let off some steam and I said I will review on her behalf. What is wrong with you people? Is this how you treat people? You have had nothing but lousy reviews.
I had to answer mountains of very personal and invasive questions over the phone such as if I had dogs or security etc etc etc by their Gold Coast rep after I was referred to them by MY Aged Care for at home nursing service. I do already have 2 other providers such as Beaucare and Bluecare successfully servicing my home. Bolton Clarke responded a few days later stating that they can not service me as its not feasible,even though I are but 30 minutes or so from them in Canungra.
