Visited this dealership the other day spoke with a gentleman named Brian. Super knowledgable about all the products. Extremely friendly. He took his time with us. He didn’t pressure us into anything. I’m definitely hoping to go back and purchase my car.
No good experience. Even since I had my Cadilac Esclade . Doing all the services and everything from there. Now my Esclade has transmission issue. And they been hold my Esclade from 2 weeks and give me GMC TRAIN to drive . Which is not suitable for me and my 7 family we are 7 people’s . I been requesting via email and personally. It’s effecting my personal life standards and my business as well.i talk to them on Friday they said manager eddy coming on Monday and today they said he is off until Wednesday. I made an appointment with the dealership for a warrantee issue with my truck and received confirmation of the appointment. The appointment was made over 2 weeks in advance as they said they were very busy. Upon arrival for my appointment they said they didn’t have it in the system and wanted me to “leave it” until further notice. They were not willing to be helpful and didn’t care regarding their error. I would highly recommend going to another dealership.
Usually I let things go and don't write reviews, but with this organization it hasn't been a smooth sailing at all . Sometimes it's there product and sometimes it's the people involved. Bought 2 new Esclades from them and I feel sorry to say that it hasn't been great experience with their top of the line product. Cheery on top - Their techs return your vehicle with grease/dirt stains all over the interior of driver door (almost on every visit) .
Dealt with Alex and all I can say is wow. I didn’t know what I was kind of looking for at the beginning and he put me on a car that suits perfect for me and my wife Tannerina. Would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and will definitely be buying for my kids in the future.
