Great dealing I came to fix my Escalade car engine. Service department was awesome, they were very polite and kind. Thanks to Tyler Then I went to Car rental section- He was amazing. It was my first visit to Bolton Cadillac. Would love to visit and higly recommend. Also will bought nect Lyriq from this Location Amazing Experience and very professional
Worst dealership! Dont buy hear . Its smiles and laughs until you sign the documents . Then it’s a “ you’re on your own “ service . Terrible . And no willingness to make it better.
The dealership is irresponsible for vehicle they lease . No after sale service available, the promised moon when they sell but when comes to after service they back off. My EV that I bought from sales man Brian Gils has many issues and is dangerous to drive but no one care at the place . Almost six months calling and requesting . They are good at giving lollipops. I suggest not to go there and buy anything . We bought Cadillac EV from there in last June 2025.
Brian Giles is a horrible rep from this dealer.. we bought 2 Escalades from this dealer and he knows us… when we came for a 3rd vehicle he treated us like shit and yelled us multiple times… never buying from this dealer again and any one I know will never shop here again. I’m disgusted that I bought vehicles from this dealer. Brian should be fired. Simple.
