Best delivery experience I’ve ever had. Craig and team organized my Cadillac XT6 to be under a blanket in the showroom and did the big reveal for my daughter and I on delivery day. The whole team was very helpful and made what can be a high stress situation comfortable and fun! I highly recommend Bolton Cadillac.
I had a really disappointing experience at Cadillac Bolton. I called the service department and no one picked up, so I left a message — but no one ever got back to me. I decided to stop by in person, but instead of being helped, someone from sales tried to convince me to look at a new Escalade, which I wasn’t interested in.
