This storage unit use to make since when you paid $75 a month in our neighborhood which is pretty remote from anywhere. The fees have gone through the roof!!! $180 for the medium unit. No water, no heating and cooling. Just a dusty dirty little space. When you call them on the phone you get someone who doesn't speak English. Last year they put their own lock on MY storage unit. The units are not properly sealed. I had nearly four inches of water leak in, and the ceiling had poorly done patches that eventually fell off. Because of the inadequate sealing, the units also ended up filled with stink bugs and large crickets. Despite these issues, they raised my rent from $65 to $125, claiming it was due to the local market—yet new customers were being offered 75% off. Storing your belongings here could result in serious damage, even if you take proper precautions.

Rented units here and almost everything we had was covered w rat waste or chewed up. Ya get what you pay for I guess
