Andrea with bolt storage was awesome. Got a unit set up for me quickly and easily. When I called in with a lock issue she knew immediately how to fix it all over the phone. 24/7 great service you won't regret it. Moving sucks!!!
I am a brand new customer.so, I had lots of questions regarding their insurance coverage policy. I was fortunate enough to have Maria, as my customer service rep. Maria, was absolutely, wonderful. She eased all my concerns and answered all my questions, in addition, to confirming the answers to my questions, via my email as proof. I rent a 10x10 unit here, they are raising my rate to $119/m, the website says $65/m (no promotions just base rental amount) when I called to ask why the rental increase is so high compared to the standard rate, I was informed due to a new online user portal(I don't use it the rent is auto billed) and improvements to the... read more
