I've used Bolt Storage for the last 3 years. I just transitioned from a larger unit to a smaller unit. Cleo just gave me good assistance with closing out the larger unit. She was patient and answered my questions and relieved my concerns. I am happy Bolt Storage added more security cameras in the last year. They don't have an onsite attendant but the phone customer service is usually sufficient. Cleo was definitely above average.
