Ann was very professional to work with and always had an awsome attitude. You all are very blessed to have her on your staff.
I had a great first time experience with Paula. She gave me an excellent move in special. Very respectful, helpful and made the call quick and easy! The unit was clean, lock was provided, and all round well maintained.
Customer service rep Anthony was very helpful.He had to walk me through but his patience was superb. It is hard to get great customer service reps these days, that is not the case at Bolt.
Andrea was amazing ! She was able to help with my frustrated issue as a new customer. My customer service experience ended with satisfaction and was so utterly relieved ! Thank you for your time and patience Andrea!
Unit was easy to Rent and Customer Service is Awesome and When you move out it is Very Easy!!! Thank you ( Maria ) you were a sweetheart!!!
